Maria Muszynski

Maria Muszynski holds a B.FA and B.Ed from the University of Calgary. She has had a varied career as a teacher, festival administrator, illustrator, and designer. 

Maria passionately paints and expresses her creativity in all forms of media. Her subject matter varies from whimsical and realistically rendered still-life compositions to colourful abstracted assemblages, landscapes with an eclectic twist and exquisite traditional icons and illuminations. 

A long time member of BVAS, Maria is also a founding member, and past president, of the Sacred Arts Guild of Alberta (SAGA).
